1.Will the colour of the Pendants Fades or gets black?

NO,All of our jewellery products are made with high grade of industrial alloy of metals and the polish is applied by the process of electroplating which gives it life long shine.So, Obviously it will not lose its colour or gets black.

2.What if I Received a wrong Order or different product ?

If the wrong product is delivered to you or there is some type of error with the product we will ship a brand new one at earliest. But Exchange and the return of the personalized product is not acceptable as these products are specially handcrafted to meet your personal needs. However, we aim to satisfy our customers at their highest.
